GGWeekly Service Policy

1. Agreement to these terms

This Service Policy explains the rules that apply when you access or use GGWeekly, including the website, private access key flow, ClubGG export upload flow, generated web reports, PDF or print-ready outputs, report history, deletion tools, support, trial access, paid report credits, and any related functionality that GGWeekly makes available.

By using GGWeekly, requesting an access key, uploading a file, generating a report, viewing a report, buying a report or report pack, contacting support about the service, or allowing another person to use your access key, you agree to this Service Policy. If you are using GGWeekly for a club, union, business, organization, owner, agent group, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to use the service for that entity and to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree with this Service Policy, do not use the service, do not upload files, and do not rely on any report produced by GGWeekly.

2. What GGWeekly provides

GGWeekly helps club operators turn official ClubGG Union or Club Excel exports into a cleaner weekly report. The service is designed to read the uploaded export, detect supported formats, extract relevant rows and totals, organize the information into report modules, and display a manager-ready web report that may be printed or exported as PDF by the user.

The service may include, depending on the uploaded file and the current product version, period summaries, fee or rake totals, game-type breakdowns, agent groups, top winners, top losers, player ledger rows, file history, private access key checks, usage limits, deletion tools, and support workflows.

GGWeekly is not ClubGG, is not operated by ClubGG, is not endorsed by ClubGG unless expressly stated in writing, and does not control the format, availability, accuracy, or completeness of ClubGG exports. If ClubGG changes an export layout, column naming, workbook structure, or calculation logic, report output may require adjustment or manual review.

We may improve, modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, abuse prevention, product quality, maintenance, or business reasons.

3. Private access keys and authorized users

Access to GGWeekly may require a private access key. An access key is intended for the specific customer, club, trial, report pack, or authorized workflow for which it was issued. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential and for all activity that occurs under that key.

• Do not publish, sell, rent, share publicly, leak, or transfer your key to unauthorized users.
• Do not use another customer's key or attempt to bypass key checks, usage limits, or report limits.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your key was exposed, misused, copied, or accessed by someone who should not have it.
• We may rotate, disable, limit, or revoke a key if we reasonably believe it is compromised, abused, used outside the intended scope, or associated with risky activity.

When a key has a limited number of reports, each successful report generation or other counted event may reduce the available usage count. We may apply reasonable corrections if a count is clearly wrong because of a technical error.

4. Uploaded files and report output

You are responsible for the files you upload and for having the right to process those files through GGWeekly. ClubGG exports may include names, nicknames, financial results, agent relationships, game information, and other operational data. You should not upload files unless you are authorized to do so for the relevant club, union, owner, agent group, or business.

GGWeekly attempts to process supported Excel files accurately, but uploaded files can be incomplete, corrupted, manually changed, exported in a new layout, contain hidden sheets, contain unexpected formulas, include non-standard rows, or otherwise differ from the formats we support. You must review the generated report before using it for payouts, settlements, accounting, dispute handling, business decisions, or communications with agents or players.

Generated reports are provided for operational convenience. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, GGWeekly does not certify the correctness of any ClubGG export, does not audit your club, does not validate the legitimacy of player activity, does not resolve disputes, and does not guarantee that a report matches your internal rules or any third-party accounting requirement.

5. Pricing, report credits, trials, and payment terms

GGWeekly may be sold as a single report, prepaid report pack, limited trial, custom arrangement, or other plan shown on the website or agreed through support. Unless a different written agreement applies, payment is tied to report generation or prepaid report credits, not to a recurring subscription.

Prices, pack sizes, discounts, trial availability, and included usage limits may change over time. The price shown or agreed at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. Report credits are not cash, bank value, stored value, securities, or transferable currency. Credits are intended only for generating GGWeekly reports under the applicable access key or customer arrangement.

You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information, to pay any agreed charges, and to contact us quickly if you believe a charge is incorrect. Refund handling is governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into this Service Policy by reference.

Trial keys are for evaluation on real ClubGG exports. We may limit, revoke, refuse, or decline additional trial access if the trial is abused, duplicated, resold, used by unauthorized parties, or requested in a way that appears intended to avoid normal payment.

6. Acceptable use and prohibited activity

You agree to use GGWeekly only for lawful, authorized, and reasonable business purposes. You must not use the service in a way that harms the product, other customers, our infrastructure, our reputation, or the confidentiality of club data.

• Do not upload files you are not authorized to process.
• Do not use GGWeekly to harass, defame, threaten, dox, exploit, or target another person.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, attack, overload, crawl aggressively, probe, scan, bypass, or interfere with the website, API endpoints, report access, key validation, deletion functions, or storage systems.
• Do not upload malware, scripts, weaponized spreadsheets, intentionally malformed files, or content designed to break parsing, steal data, or compromise systems.
• Do not misrepresent report output as an official ClubGG statement, audited financial statement, legal determination, or tax document unless you have independently made that determination.
• Do not resell GGWeekly, white-label it, embed it into another commercial workflow, or provide access to third parties unless we expressly approve that arrangement.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe use of the service creates legal, security, operational, support, payment, abuse, or reputational risk.

7. Data control, deletion, and privacy relationship

Data handling is explained in more detail in the Privacy Policy. As a product principle, GGWeekly is designed around private access keys, controlled report history, and a deletion flow that allows a customer to remove uploaded files and generated reports when the week is closed or when the data is no longer needed.

You are responsible for deciding what files to upload, who may access the report, when to share or print output, and when to delete data. If you delete data through the product, the relevant uploaded file and generated report are intended to be removed from active product access, subject to technical limits, security logs, backups, legal requirements, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and other limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not treat GGWeekly as your only archive. If you need to retain original exports, accounting records, settlement evidence, or tax records, keep your own copies before using deletion tools.

8. Ownership, license, and feedback

As between you and GGWeekly, you retain whatever rights you have in the ClubGG exports, club data, player rows, agent group information, and other content you upload. By uploading a file, you grant GGWeekly a limited permission to process that file and related data for the purpose of providing, securing, supporting, troubleshooting, improving, and documenting the service.

GGWeekly owns the website, code, design, report layout, visual system, parsing logic, product workflow, brand assets, documentation, and related intellectual property, except for customer data and third-party materials. You may use generated reports for your internal club operations, review, printing, PDF export, and ordinary sharing with authorized business participants, subject to these terms.

If you send feedback, suggestions, requests, bug reports, examples, or workflow ideas, you allow GGWeekly to use them without restriction or compensation, as long as we do not use your confidential club data in a way that violates the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability, changes, and support

We work to keep GGWeekly reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable, slow, limited, or inaccurate because of maintenance, hosting issues, browser behavior, third-party services, ClubGG export changes, network problems, abuse prevention, security events, software bugs, or other causes.

Support is generally handled through Telegram or another channel we provide. Support response times are not guaranteed unless we separately agree in writing. We may prioritize active paid customers, security issues, billing issues, report-blocking bugs, and problems that affect multiple users.

We may update product features, supported file formats, pricing pages, policies, visual design, access flow, report modules, and deletion workflows. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to reflect that change in the applicable policy or product experience.

10. Disclaimers and limits of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GGWeekly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, and guaranteed accuracy of report output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GGWeekly and its owners, operators, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages; loss of data; business interruption; incorrect settlements; disputes between owners, agents, players, or clubs; or reliance on a report without independent review.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of GGWeekly for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to GGWeekly for the specific report or report pack giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, or USD $100 if no amount was paid. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some limits may not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Suspension, termination, and survival

You may stop using GGWeekly at any time. If you want uploaded files or reports removed, use the deletion tools where available or contact support. Stopping use does not automatically refund paid report credits or remove data that must be retained for legitimate security, legal, billing, fraud prevention, backup, or dispute reasons.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe that continued access creates legal, security, payment, abuse, support, infrastructure, or product integrity risk; if you violate these terms; if a key is compromised; or if we are required to do so by law or a service provider.

Sections concerning payment obligations, data handling, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute handling, and any provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

12. Updates to this Service Policy

We may update this Service Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, pricing changes, legal requirements, security practices, or operational improvements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.

Continued use of GGWeekly after an updated policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the service and contact us if you need help with deletion, billing, or access issues.

Please avoid sending full ClubGG exports in an initial message unless we specifically ask you to upload through the secure product flow.
