Uploaded ClubGG files and generated reports are used to provide and support the reporting service.
GGWeekly Privacy Policy
How GGWeekly handles access keys, ClubGG exports, generated reports, support messages, billing records, deletion requests, security logs, and privacy rights.
Deletion tools are designed to remove uploaded files and generated reports from active product access.
Access keys, device security, and careful sharing are part of protecting your report workflow.
1. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how GGWeekly collects, uses, stores, protects, discloses, and deletes information when you use the GGWeekly website, private access key flow, ClubGG Excel upload flow, generated web report, PDF or print workflow, report history, deletion tools, support channels, trial setup, and related services.
GGWeekly is built for club operators who need a clean weekly report from official ClubGG Union or Club exports. Those exports may contain operational and financial information about clubs, agents, players, groups, game types, periods, fees, profit and loss, nicknames, and other rows included in the export. Because this information can be sensitive, this policy is written to be specific about what may be processed and why.
This policy applies to information processed by GGWeekly. It does not apply to ClubGG, Telegram, hosting providers' independent services, payment providers, your browser, your device, your own sharing of reports, or any third-party website linked from GGWeekly.
2. Your role and our role
For uploaded ClubGG exports and generated reports, the customer or club operator generally decides what file is uploaded, who is allowed to access the report, when the report is shared, and when data should be deleted. GGWeekly processes that data to provide the report service.
Depending on applicable privacy law and the specific context, GGWeekly may act as a service provider, processor, or independent controller for different categories of information. For example, we may process uploaded export data primarily to provide the requested report, while we may independently control limited operational data such as security logs, billing records, support messages, abuse-prevention records, and website records needed to run the service.
If you upload files that include personal information about other people, you are responsible for having a valid reason and authority to do so, for giving any required notices, and for honoring any internal club, business, contractual, or legal obligations that apply to that data.
3. Information we may collect or process
The information processed by GGWeekly depends on how you use the service. It may include the categories below.
We ask users not to send unnecessary sensitive information through support messages. If we need a file, we generally prefer that you use the product upload flow rather than sending raw files in chat.
4. How we use information
We use information to operate GGWeekly and provide the report workflow requested by the customer. This includes validating access keys, receiving uploads, detecting supported workbook layouts, parsing rows, generating report modules, displaying report history, enabling deletion, supporting PDF or print workflows, and helping users troubleshoot issues.
We may also use information for the following purposes:
- To authenticate access keys and enforce report limits, trial limits, and paid report credits.
- To provide customer support, answer setup questions, troubleshoot file format issues, and investigate failed uploads or failed reports.
- To secure the service, detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access, investigate suspicious activity, and protect data from misuse.
- To maintain logs needed for reliability, debugging, billing, dispute handling, audit trails, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- To improve file detection, user experience, report layout, documentation, support workflows, and product reliability.
- To communicate about access, renewals, reports, trials, pricing, refunds, deletion, policy updates, or product changes.
We do not use uploaded ClubGG exports to sell player information. We do not sell uploaded club data. We do not intentionally train public artificial intelligence models on customer ClubGG exports or generated reports.
5. Legal bases where required
Where privacy laws require a legal basis, the basis depends on the information and context. We may process information because it is necessary to provide the service requested by you; because we have a legitimate interest in securing, maintaining, improving, and supporting GGWeekly; because processing is needed to comply with legal obligations; because processing is needed to protect against fraud, abuse, or security threats; or because you or the relevant organization has provided consent where consent is required.
For uploaded ClubGG exports containing information about other people, the customer or club operator is generally responsible for determining the lawful basis for uploading and using that information in GGWeekly. If you are not authorized to upload a file, do not upload it.
6. How information may be shared
We do not publish your uploaded files or reports as public content. We may share information only in limited circumstances consistent with operating and protecting the service.
- Service providers: hosting, storage, database, security, backup, payment, domain, email, analytics, or support providers may process limited information for us under their own terms and security practices.
- Authorized users: anyone with valid access to your key, report link, device, browser session, or exported PDF may see information you make available to them.
- Support handling: if you send screenshots, files, links, or details through support, we may review that information to help solve the issue.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, lawful request, payment dispute, fraud investigation, security incident, abuse report, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of GGWeekly, users, or others.
- Business transfers: if GGWeekly is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or similar transaction, relevant information may be transferred subject to reasonable confidentiality protections.
We do not sell uploaded ClubGG exports, report data, or player rows to data brokers.
7. Retention and deletion
GGWeekly is designed to let customers control uploaded files and generated reports through deletion tools where available. When you use "Delete all data" or an equivalent deletion function, the intention is to remove the relevant uploaded file and generated report from active product access.
Deletion may not immediately remove every trace from every system. Limited information may remain for a period of time in backups, security logs, error logs, billing records, abuse-prevention systems, support messages, database snapshots, or legal records. We keep this residual information only as long as reasonably needed for legitimate purposes such as security, debugging, fraud prevention, compliance, dispute handling, financial records, and backup integrity.
You should keep your own copies of original ClubGG exports, settlement records, PDFs, tax records, and accounting documentation if you need them. GGWeekly should not be treated as your permanent archive.
8. Security measures
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These measures may include access keys, transport encryption, protected server paths, restricted administrative access, database controls, file access controls, deletion tooling, monitoring, and operational review.
No online service can guarantee perfect security. Risks can come from compromised access keys, weak device security, browser extensions, shared computers, screenshots, downloaded PDFs, forwarded reports, third-party services, hosting incidents, bugs, phishing, or unauthorized users inside a customer's own organization.
You can help protect your data by keeping access keys private, limiting who can use the report, deleting data when no longer needed, avoiding public devices, not forwarding report links to unauthorized people, and contacting us quickly if you suspect misuse.
9. Cookies, local storage, and browser data
GGWeekly may use browser storage, local storage, cookies, or similar technologies to remember language preferences, maintain interface state, support authenticated use, improve usability, and keep the product working correctly. Some browser-side processing may also occur when reading Excel files or displaying reports.
Your browser, device, and extensions may store copies of pages, downloads, cached files, PDF exports, or other artifacts. Clearing browser data, downloads, and caches may be necessary if you want to remove local traces from your own device.
If analytics or diagnostic tools are used, they should be used to understand product reliability and user experience, not to sell uploaded ClubGG data.
10. International processing
GGWeekly is operated online, and service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you, your club, your agents, or your players are located. Privacy and data protection laws may differ by location.
By using GGWeekly and uploading files, you understand that information may be processed, stored, transferred, or accessed in locations where GGWeekly or its providers operate, subject to reasonable security and confidentiality measures.
11. Privacy rights and requests
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or to complain to a data protection authority.
If your request concerns a ClubGG export uploaded by a club operator, we may need to direct the request to the customer that controls the file, verify authority, or ask for enough information to locate the relevant data. We may refuse, limit, or delay requests where permitted by law, including where the request is unverifiable, excessive, conflicts with another person's rights, threatens security, or relates to information we must retain.
To make a request, contact GGWeekly support with enough detail to identify the access key, report, upload, or communication involved. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data in the initial request.
12. Children and unauthorized personal data
GGWeekly is intended for adult club operators and business users. It is not designed for children and should not be used by children. Do not knowingly upload information about minors unless you are legally authorized and it is strictly necessary for your lawful business purpose.
If you believe information was uploaded without authorization or in violation of applicable law, contact us with enough detail to investigate. We may delete, restrict, or disable access to the relevant data where appropriate.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the product, security practices, legal requirements, service providers, support workflows, deletion practices, or business operations. The "Last updated" date shows when this page was last revised.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, support channel, policy page, or another reasonable method. Continued use of GGWeekly after the updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.
Questions, notices, and support
For questions about this document, your account, an access key, a report, a deletion request, or a billing issue, contact GGWeekly through the support channel linked below. Please avoid sending full ClubGG exports in an initial message unless we specifically ask you to upload through the secure product flow.
